Decorative & Hard coatings
Decorative coatings: we offer a wide range of sputter targets which, as coatings, provide gold, silver,black and rainbow color simulation on such items as watches, glasses, pens, art-work and domestic fittings. Hard Coatings for cutting tools where friction reduction, hard-wearing surfaces and corrosion resistance are required, we offer total coating solutions with its range of sputter targets. The principal range includes Cr,TiAl, Ti, Zr, Ni, W, SS and special alloy targets. Ours Al Targets and Cr Targets are produced by the hot isostatic pressing (HIP) process, which provides an average grain size of typically <50 μ m. we also offer DLC grade high-purity ( 99.9995%) Graphite, Si, SiO2, Al2O3, Nitride, Boride and other Ceramic targets. These are principally available in disc, tube, and plate form, or according to customer's drawings. we also provide backing plates, as well as metallization and bonding services.

    With a considerable varieties and completely series, our vacuum gauge has covered various pressure intensities whose measuring ranges are from rough vacuum to ultra-high vacuum. These are not only the glass gauge made up of DM-305 glass with φ15.5+ -0.5 standard or other exhaust pipe, but also the metal gauge which outer casing is made up of stainless steel or other metallic material with the standard CF or KF flange, or other interface (such asφ15.5+ -0.5) and the bare gauge made directly on the CF, KF or other structure flange. It is widely used in the various vacuum application equipments, vacuum research installations and vacuum products production.

    Our vacuum gauge is divided into four categories: resistance vacuum gauge, thermocouple vacuum gauge, cold cathode ionization gauge and hot cathode ionization gauge. The parameters are shown the following table.
