KSC series high-vacuum oil diffusion
pumps can obtain high vacuum of 1.3×10-1~10-5 Pa. Main characteristics are wide
operational range (it still have higher pumping speed at 1.3×10-1 Pa), high
critical backing pressure (it highly reach 75Pa at full load), low back-streaming
rate (1.5×10-3mg/cm2*min), quickly starting, fitting out normative oil level
gauge. They are perfect vacuum obtaining equipment on vacuum heat treatment,
brazing and vacuum coating.
