SFF200/1200 series of complex molecular pump, turbine exhaust level and plate-type traction compression level combination vacuum access equipment. Turbine exhaust level with big pumping speed, plate-type compression level is a combination of high compression ratio, so that the complex molecular pump with high compression ratio, so that was pumping system was higher vacuum environment, and under strong pressure in a stable pumping speed characteristics.
SFF200/1200 complex series of molecular pump operation simple and easy to install, activate fast, low vibration and low loss characteristics, and the pumping system was installed in the vertical, the system can be connected with Flange, choose LF or CF Type ring- rubber sealed interface type metal ring sealed interfaces.
