Description
In the JZJS system, the main pump including the middle stage pump is the booster, and the backing pump is the water ring pump. The whole system consists of boosters, water ring pump, pipes, valves, gas & water separator and the electric control box.
Different sizes of boosters and water ring pumps can form different systems, and suitable for different working conditions. There are different types from two-stage (with 1 booster & 1 water ring pump) to four-stage (with 3 boosters & 1 water ring pump), and different ultimate pressure from 650 Pa to 10-1 Pa in order to meet with different process requirements.
Due to the characteristic of booster and the water ring pump, this kind of system is suitable for pumping the gas with a lot of dust, condensable gas & rusty gas. It will not emulsify the vacuum oil as the other vacuum systems so that the vacuum oil will not pollute the whole vacuum system.
This kind of systems are widely used in vacuum smelting, air sucking from liquid steel, vacuum freezing drying, vacuum distilling, vacuum concentration and vacuum suction, especially in oil chemical industry, textile industry, paper-making industry, food and medicine industry, etc.
We can design different systems according to actual requirement. In order to increase the pumping ability, we can make parallel connection of several systems.
