Cautions for Operation:
1. Stop operation if the system vacuum degree is less than 10E-1Pa.
2. Exhaust only when the system vacuum degree is higher than10E-4Pa.
3. For higher ultimate vacuum degree, roast the gauge together with the system.
4. The instrument cover and the metal vacuum system should be grounded together.
