ZJ-27 hot cathode ionization gauge is now a commonly used wide-range high vacuum ionization gauge, having the merits of wide measuring range, good stability, anti-oxidation, etc.
Its cover employs DM-305 glass, porcelain-metal (naked gauge) for sealing.

1. Check the vacuum degree to be no less than 5*10-2Pa before unsealing.
2. Avoid long time operation under low vacuum.
3. Install as vertical as it can.
4. Vacuum degree should be no less than 5*10-3Pa in case of gauge exhaust.
5. Keep in vacuum condition for long time useless.
