Description
Model HS Rotary Piston Vacuum Piston is a single-seal mechanical vacuum pump, its operation principle shows in Working Principle Graph.
There is a rotary piston with slide valve across can driven by shaft within the housing. Shaft and chamber share one common center. Piston combines with rectangle piston pole on the piston ring. The piston can slide and swing freely in arch slide blades. The chamber is divided into chamber A and chamber B by piston. Chamber A enlarges and chamber B narrows when shaft rotates counterclockwise. Gas is drawn into the pump through the inlet, channeled to piston pole rectangle hole and into chamber A because piston pole is hollow and there is a rectangle hole on the side of chamber A. when shaft operates, gas in chamber A increases with enlarging chamber A. meanwhile, gas in chamber B is compressed with the narrowing of chamber B. chamber A volume reaches maximum when piston is located at the highest position in chamber. Then gas in chamber B is compressed to outlet pressure and pushes exhaust valve to atmosphere. Then the pump goes into the next cycle so that pumping purpose could be achieved.
Application
Model HS Rotary Piston Vacuum Pump is applied in pumping common gases. It is used to pump the gas containing little vapor owing to its gas ballast equipment. It is capable of pumping the gas which contains small particles of dust and dirt. It can be singly operated or used as the backing pump of other vacuum pumps. It can be applied in the industries of vacuum smelting, soaking, chemical pharmacy, simulated test, etc.
